These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Brandr application ("Service") operated by Blue North AB ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.
To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may upload content such as images, files, and other materials to your teamspace. All content you upload remains private within your teamspace unless explicitly shared by you. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
All content provided by Brandr, including but not limited to logos, designs, trademarks, and software, is the exclusive property of Blue North AB. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software without our written permission.
Brandr offers monthly subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed automatically and will renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by you prior to renewal. Note, cancelling your subscription will terminate your plan immediately, and not an the end of your current billing period. Custom packages may be offered upon request.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.
Refund Policy: We do not generally offer refunds, but exceptions may occur. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription if you no longer wish to use the Service.
We may offer a free trial period. Upon expiration of the free trial, your account will automatically transition into a paid subscription unless cancelled during the trial period.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided to us regarding the Service may be used without compensation or credit. By submitting feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate it into our Service.
Brandr may integrate with third-party services such as LinkedIn. By using features that connect to third-party platforms, you agree to their respective terms and privacy policies. Currently, LinkedIn integrations are not active but may be enabled in the future.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue North AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
